Federal & public-sector research

The same governance discipline, applied to mission-critical domains.

The Hidden Canopy has research interests associated with federal and public-sector work. This page intentionally does not describe the function of any SBIR/STTR-related repository or submission.

Disclosure boundary

This page describes broad areas of research interest, not specific programs. It does not name or describe any solicitation, topic, proposal, technical approach, or award status. Nothing here should be read as evidence of a signed contract, awarded funding, or committed federal revenue. Naming a department or agency describes a relevant research interest only, not a confirmed contract, partnership, or endorsement, and does not represent an official position of that department or agency.

This page is not intended for use in investment or fundraising materials as evidence of government traction, and should not be relied on as such.

Public research boundary

Public materials describe only what has been intentionally cleared for publication. Private proposal and submission details remain outside the Hub.

Shared foundation

This work draws on the same architectural discipline as our commercial platform: append-only evidence, explicit authority boundaries, deterministic decision cores where they matter most, and evaluation that keeps ground truth with the evaluator rather than the system under test.
