Consumer and Research Software
The public releases you can inspect, run, and build on from The Hidden Canopy LLC. Start with the user-facing app, the research runtime, or the source receipt that fits your question. Each repository link is public; private, regulated, and internal source stays outside this catalog.
Public boundary
Public source is not the same as a hosted service. These repositories expose bounded software capability. They do not grant access to private Hub authority, customer data, protected workflows, model weights, or an unqualified production or hardware-parity claim.

The public, local-first Ask IDA command-line interface for status, bundled explanations, signed catalog discovery, public model downloads, and local inference.
The CLI keeps model bytes and local paths on the user's machine. The Hub dependency catalog is bounded, signed metadata rather than a private operator channel.
Camera-Location

A local utility for discovering cameras, NVRs, radios, switches, edge hosts, and legacy devices while preserving the difference between observed, verified, and authorized state.
Discovery creates evidence. It does not assign trust, authorize a device, or make a reachable endpoint a safe remediation target.
HAVEN

A local-first, authority-gated household intelligence layer for a computer, personal information, and connected devices. HAVEN can observe, interpret, check authority, act, observe consequence, and remember without allowing a model response to become permission.
The repository includes a zero-dependency web surface, an optional Windows desktop host, real and fixture provider seams, local model management, and durable household-scoped history. Live hardware and provider behavior still depend on the installation.
BUNDLE

A deterministic personal-finance core for transactions, recurring commitments, budgets, forecasts, and safe-to-spend projections with provenance and explicit stale-data handling.
Connectors are optional boundaries, not bundled authority. The core runs locally and treats stale or unverified data as a stated condition, not a silent assumption.

A local-first Windows party app that turns ordinary inconveniences into bounded, replayable incident-response theatrics.
Scenario packs are data-only, the app does not lock the computer or make runtime network requests, and Esc remains the emergency exit.
Honest gap: local hardware, provider behavior, and installation choices still shape what these tools do in practice. A public repository is not a hosted guarantee.

The research release keeps execution and sensitive training assets close to the operator while making the public runtime inspectable and reproducible.
Canopy-Foundry
Neural Foundry · Public source-available repository · C++ / CUDA
Neural Foundry provides a native local model-training runtime with explicit model, dataset, checkpoint, device, integrity, and request-admission boundaries.
It is not a hosted training service or a claim of universal hardware or production parity. Operators bring their own data, models, checkpoints, configuration, and execution environment.

A standalone spatial-authoring foundation for geometry, revisions, validation, generic interchange, and bounded local proposal workflows.
Private adapters remain outside the public build. Public source establishes the authoring boundary; it is not a hosted authoring service.

A bounded offline reference foundation for transporting arbitrary binary data through visible pixels with manifests, hashes, and codec/FEC seams.
The public source does not claim optical hardware, GPU execution, media capture, throughput, or protocol conformance.

A local-first spatial sensing explorer that brings simulated environmental signals into a common coordinate system with freshness, privacy, replay, and evidence boundaries.
It does not claim raw payload retention, persistent device identity, physical actuation, or causal inference from a signal.

Public C++23 simulation foundation
A simulation-first industrial operations world for planning, governance, bounded execution, verification, replay, and reconciliation.
It is not an ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, safety controller, or physical-autonomy claim.
STRATA
Public local-first engine · Python / C++
An offline reconstruction engine for rebuilding the same physical place across time from maps, photographs, terrain, records, geometry, and historical documents.
Evidence, observations, assertions, uncertainty, branches, and provenance remain distinct; evidence is not historical truth by itself.
OMNI-Q Weird Stuff Machine
Public GitHub repository · Python · MuJoCo
A public physical-AI project from The Hidden Canopy's LabLab hackathon work, covering objective-to-capability-graph planning, simulated bimanual table operations, vision, routing, verification, and evidence receipts.
The current public slice is bounded: mock mode and an Intel MuJoCo simulation are documented, while hardware, trained-VLA, and universal household capability claims remain outside the evidence.

A public source surface with a committed correctness fix; the minimal public documentation does not support a broader product or live-data claim.
Public capability, private authority.
The public repositories are deliberately not a directory of every Hidden Canopy project. RegOS, private runtime packages, governed operational workflows, protected data, and internal training surfaces remain behind their proper boundaries.
